Grilled chicken or fried chicken tossed in our Riscky's famous barbeque sauce, served on a bed of crispy salad greens, topped with a layer of roasted corn, black beans, cheese, tomatoes, a lime, and our homemade Chipotle Ranch dressing. He was very polite and attentive!!!! This manager must be a DUMPSTER GORMET! Other than the lack of rigor with following COVID-19 protocols, we enjoyed the meal and the food. Served with honey mustard dressing. Their as they say Famous DUST cannot be tasted just the SALT since it is covered up by the taste of REHEATED RIBS. Staff was fast, really friendly and beer was cold.More, We had a good meal of ribs (beef and pork), brisket, pulled pork, chicken, beans, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw and, of course, beer!
